Growcilla Warm welcome to my next grow diary.
About me, I have been doing this for quite a while. That's why it's all about efficiency (cost/benefit) for me.
I don't have pH meters (the plant tells us what it wants), no large measuring instruments, except for humidity and temperature. I have grown cannabis in all kinds of substrates, but in recent decades I have found that soil is absolutely the best for this plant (in my opinion). I basically grow my cannabis with as little cost as possible, especially regarding electricity consumption (of course not with too little light).
One should not skimp on fertilizer later on.
Afghani #1 Automatic promises robust, resinous buds without much effort. It is a dark, aromatic Indica that begins to bloom on its own. Sit back and enjoy the sedative Indica effect – how was that again with stress?
Now let's see if the website delivers on its promises.... 😉
2of2 Germinated (over 20 years. 2 seeds did not germinate.)
Recommendation from Sensi Seed:
For Afghani #1 Automatic, a light cycle of 20 hours of light and 4 hours of darkness is described in the vegetative phase. Generally, it is also stated for autoflowering plants that they bloom independently of the lighting schedule and can tolerate 18 to 24 hours of light indoors during growth.
I must say that I have only been growing autoflower seeds since the beginning of this year, but I have been very positively surprised (24 times) regarding the yields and growth. In this diary, I am growing two seeds: I will simply let one seed grow, while I will bend the second seed a little and regularly defoliate it. Let's see which of the two plants yields more with less work.
[Germination]
The germination of the seeds always goes the same way for me. I buy the good soil from Compo Sana (for 20 years) with 10 weeks of nutrient supply and Granuplant for optimized water absorption at the hardware store.
By the way, there is no type of fertilizer in the first 14 days!!!
I press the seeds exactly 1 cm deep into the soil. I place the small germination house in front of the heater and cover it with a black towel because the little ones love the darkness and wait 3 to 4 days at a temperature of 21 to 25° and a humidity between 75% and 95%, it usually takes me 3 to 4 days as you can see in the pictures.
On the fifth day, I planted the two beauties in 36 L pots; I always plant the seedling deep. This means that just the leaves are still sticking out.
The CLOUDRAY A6 fan, I have it twice. It has a wind interval mode that from this moment on is directed at both fans towards the plants (not too close), which results in extremely strong and stable plants that do not need to be tied up.
Equipment I use from Zelsius the 2x2x2m tent from Spider Farmer, the SE3000 300w Evo LED, and a LightRail (9Watt) for optimized use of the lamp, plus two fans from CloudRay A6 (8Watt) exhaust ventilation Spider Farmer (62Watt)
387w x20HRS=7,740x0.40=3,096 costs per day with twenty hours of runtime, thus 90 euros per month 😄😄😄
By the way, the pots are from Jawohl discounter four euros fifty with saucer.
One more thing so you don't wonder. I live with my wife and my son on a beautiful farm. That's why I am allowed to grow nine plants. Not that there are any misunderstandings here (o^・^o)(o^・^o)(o^・^o)
And after the harvest, of course, all excess cannabis will be disposed of in accordance with the law (+.+)(-.-)(_ _)..zzZZ
If you have doubts about this equipment, feel free to check out my last diary, I would be happy😁 I wish you a nice week and see you in seven days (*^-^)/\(*^-^*)/\(^-^*)
