Seeds have sprouted and are taking to the Southern Oklahoma sun like ducks to water. Started one plant in her final home, a 20 gal smart pot with a custom mix soil, coco coir, worm castings, sphagmum moss and vermiculite, the other, I popped in a 1 gal cheapo plastic planter with whatever dead potting soil i could find amended with worm castings.

Lots of bushing going on. I topped the girl in the 20 gallon planter this week, and MAN has she shot up! No top was taken from the 1 gallon planter, as I want to see untainted potential here.

So far so good, each girl had about a gallon feeding last night. The newly transplanted girl has taken to her new home and come out of shock. I'm really surprised at the bushiness of the topped GZ. I've got pretty good expectations.
The untopped GZ has been keeping height with the topped girl, but she's been behaving in a manner similar to many Indicas. She's about 3 inches shorter than the topped GZ, with FAT fan leaves, but new growth nodes are hanging close to the stem, so I decided to stake her down and let the new growth catch up.
Let me know how you think my girls are doing.
@InhaleXhale, Thank you, I've been a little busy as of late, and haven't had time to post much. I'm patiently waiting for mid-late September, harvest is going to be a blast!
