If I don’t count the first week, considered like the first stage of germination, they’re growing in soil since 3 weeks. All strains seams to be extremely vigorous and are doing great πŸ‘ It’s gonna be the time to top the seedlings, cutting all the 4th nodes in an advanced stage and reducing the seedlings to 3 nodes, making the sides shoots of the 3rd node the 2 future main branches of the plant ! Which is the first step to build a ScrOG. Later on, those 3 lil nodes will become the main trunk of the plant . Cutting short in the early stage avoid to get a long trunk and long legs later in the growth. ( I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞 )

@JUNGLE_B4RNS,yes absolutely i have a small 300 watt led a 2x2x4 tent and that gave me enough to get some solid buds but im looking and listening to what works and ill go from there , i love how many different types of techniques there are out there but yes you are right..

@Cannibalgardens, I always try to make it cheap as possible, even with energy consumption ! But you must understand it still needs a minimum of investment to grow decent quality and quantity.

I can see you are the man, you probably also live in Canada as myself. I'm actually doing a micro version of what it looks like your doing. I just had a successful crossing of Landrace Thai cross with Gorilla Girl, nice strain so far. Looks like you are doing some cool genetic stuff, I hope you get your employment. I will follow your grows.

@JUNGLE_B4RNS sounds interesting mate May I ask what it is your researching with this grow??
goarilla
goarillacommented5 years ago
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, I always imagined the primary reason would be community selected plant development.
DILLIGAF
DILLIGAFcommented5 years ago
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, I would be interested in doing a southern hemisphere test on their Genetics Will wait and see if they respond to my msg
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommented5 years ago
@DILLIGAF, correct ! #SensiSeedsResearch have plenty of others growers testing these new strains, to be able to compare all these phenotypes in a short time I guess.

Lovely as always! Have you ever thought about doing some herbs (i.e. oregano, basil, thyme) down below the cannabis? Some species act as pest deterrents besides being good for cooking (not to say your grow has pests, being preventative never hurts). Happy Growing!
TheMachinist
TheMachinistcommented5 years ago
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, reduce water loss from the medium, and help keep humidity down as well πŸ‘
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommented5 years ago
@TheMachinist, in late flowering a dense canopy will help to hold and keep your tops up.
TheMachinist
TheMachinistcommented5 years ago
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, Very true. healthy plant = pest resistant! I tend to let my plants go wild too, if the plant keeps the leaf than its still useful!

@JUNGLE_B4RNS, mate ,i live it just like youπŸ‘... even after a full day of work or anything else , I never weigh still work with plants ...sometimes it's almost better than the final use ... in the end it's the same feeling you get when you are in the woods, in the middle of nature... relax, no thoughts and a positive soul.. only the illegality factor takes away a bit of serenity... past that, everything will be even more beautiful πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜‰πŸ™πŸ‘Š
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommented5 years ago
@Belverde, it’s my secret garden, it’s like a relaxing therapy when you see them moving under the airflow, it does like a wave swiping on the canopy... that goes back and forth, I could stay hours watching this while dreaming about a massive grow operation 😊

I'm actually looking into possibly trying Back Domina in my next cross breeding. As soon as I cough up the coins for Black Domina seeds I want to cross it with Ladrace Thai and My Miss Thailand, a little threesome in my mini breeding tent. Because both are monster growers and I want to mix some short indica that has some juicy Indica genetics.
