Beginning with LST to increase canopy & therefore yield. Made a little mistake and hurt the main stem a bit (counts as involentary HST I guess)

Thank you for your question.
First of all, I train all my plants with this training method, even with high-stress-training (defoliation, topping, etc...).
I've also read online that this strain really loves Low-Stress-Training, which my plant can confirm :D
