Transplanted to 1gal. Didn't miss a beat. During transplant I noticed one with roots like I never seen. So white and vigorous.Removing a few inner fan leaves..i got the first whiff of the strawberry. Overall looking good.
All is well. Continuing with the training. Should up plant this week. Then we are off to the races. The one I have a pic of this week has my hopes really high. Reeking of a strawberry sour diesel. Most do have very strong strawberry notes. And so far they have been a joy to watch.
So I had not been stalking these strawberries like I usually do. Lol...But started some pruning today on another plant. And I kept smelling my arm wondering what was this intense smell. Couldn't quite pinpoint it.Then it hit me STRAWBERRIES. Wow this number 6 is unbelievable. Strong kool aid punch strawberry. The fan leaves are smelly. I ended up with 3 girls. Number 1... 4...and 6. I've been getting my cure game together and I am drooling with anticipation.
This is actually week 3. Everything doing ok. Had a few balls on my hottie. Nothing major jus cleaned her up a little. For sum reason she doesn't drink as much as the other two. One is coming along with a smooth strawberry smell on stem rub. But she is solid in the amount of tops she has and they go deep. My little one in the 3gal is just on cruise control. Not making much noise..
All is well...this #1has been vigorous it's entire life.she is fun to watch. Looking like I poured sugar on her. #6 is still pungent as hell..im calling her punchanella. Lol. #4 is looking like #6 but not as pungent. This is day 28..i will be giving sum sugars on the next water.
Started with sum mammoth p that I came across. Heard lots of good things about it. We will see. Other than that I was able to switch from buying distilled water to letting my water sit out a few more days to remove chlorine has been working out well. Just hoping for the fade that I wasn't getting. Was using the cal mag with the nitrogen in it. Also topdressed at 30 days. May try a last tea this week.
Day42. This mammoth p stuff is nice. #4 is coming along well. Her trichoms are not as dense so I can actually see the buds purple. You have to understand that I've been growing for only 2 years and mostly been glue. And for me to finally get plants w color is exciting to me. The#1 is so special to watch grow. Her frost is amazing. And the strawberry jet fuel is real. #6 is really bulking up. She has been my favorite. But seriously I like all of them. All clones were successful. Coming up on week 7. Probably just a little fish shit and mammoth p. I do have some roots organic big swell. Kinda on the fence about it. Anyone using it? Net week temp are dropping so I'm gonna see how hell they color up. Peace
Added a little molasses this week. Colder temps are really bringing the colors out. That # 6 is nice. I kno a lot of people are against this. But I had to take a sample. Out of the microwave it tasted exactly like a strawberry. And I was elevated to a feeling of..i can't even explain. I ended up cleaning up the whole house without this feeling being compromised. I am very happy with what I found. Gotta give thanks to Exotic genetics.
Good strain. I would say easy to grow. Great terps. And a wide swing of phenos. Options. One of the things that I really like is the fast finisher.7 weeks getting ready to chop. And very potent with the strawberry taste. Yeah imma run her a while.
