Sleezy Cheezy started off great!😝 But, as she aged, she seemed to get cal defiency and possible lost weight from it. 😐
I did try some cal/mag but I think she was too far into the grow.... so I flushed a couple of times, put her into darkness for 48 hours (silly hurricane😱) then chopped.
She did seem to like the darkness also.
Cheezy has a real pungent nasty smell.... hoping for a great taste since she STINKS!!!!😝
I don't think I'll grow her again... I'll try a different kind of cheese!
I will update when she is dry/cured...
Update: I was warn when I decided to grow cheese that is was going to be strong....😲.... Yep... I can't believe how much it smells like cheese! After 4 days of curing, she has such a pungent smell..😳. can't even open the container in the house...😜
She does taste good though... little more of a kick then expected... lets cure for another week! 😛😎

Forgot to mention the solo cups... they have no bottoms and i cut them up the side. This way, hopefully I don't over water and very easy on the transplant since it's just a snip at the top of cup and slowly wiggle the cup out.... no shock... I hope 😜😵
