My wife and I germinated using the paper towel method all 5 seeds popped, we have had around 98% success rate using this method. We placed the paper towel on a plate and stuck the plate in a ziploc bag I say it took around 48 hours for all 5. After they popped we simply made a hole just as deep as your first knuckle on your finger deep, then placed Great White mycorrhizae in the hole vicariously. Turn the humidity up and let them rest in complete darkness until they all sprouted out. We try to explain our grow process in detail simple to help others and so we can get help as well.

My wife and I got a late start to the journal, sorry guys and gals. What is peaking our interested is how well or how much better the exhale co2 bag will work with our grow . We are growing 5 auto amnesia's from seedsman in a 4x4x8 Vivosun grow tent using a yehnese 1000w full spectrum l.e.d. Our medium is Happy Frog coco coir. The water that we are using to feed the plants are purified reverse osmosis water, bought from the grocery store. Last but not least we are running a negative air flow system, fresh air from the bottom extra co2 in the middle that drops down and removing the stale air from the top.

Things are moving along, the leaves on all the healthy plants are perked up which means they are successfully receiving the extra co2.yay for that! Well give more info in the upcoming days.

Plants are growing steady beside the nute burn plant can seem to get it growing back right after accidentally spraying the leaves with feed. We fed the plants there first dose of kool bloom today day 20 may be early, we will see.We did a water run off test as well and the p.h. is 5.6 seems a little low if anyone sees this and would like to comment on if its too low or how to get it back to the 6.2 range we would love some advice on that. *UPDATE* day 22- we started low stress training today the plants have seem to take well to there first feeding of koolbloom. I also notice when i was low stressing the plants an odor coming from the plants this is exciting to us because of all the auto's we have grown to date have never had a smell this early .

@grayabis Hi mate yes 5.6 is a tad low for coco 5.9-6.2 is about spot on so if you can adjust your feeds to somewhere within that range with ph up your ph will naturally rise Hope this helps mate

JULY 31st. start of week 5 day 29 to start week 5 we test all the run off the results are. plant a 5.8 plant b 5.6 plant c 5.8 plant d we didn't have any runoff because we felt the plant is still to small and its in a big area of soil so we didn't want to over feed it and was not able to get enough water to test. plant e is the nutrient lock out plant it has had root rot since the beginning and we are just trying to see what we can get out of her still. *UPDATE* August 4th week 5 day 34 All the plants have exploded in growth defiantly fixing to start flowering. As of August 5th plants are starting to flower

this is the start of week 6 but i think i count my weeks different then everyone else. I start my weeks from as soon as the seed sprouts I consider that week one, should i be considering that week 0? If anyone would like to chime in and let me know there thoughts it would be greatly appreciated. On the subject of the plants though they seem to be growing along just fine. L.s.t'ing is more difficult when you put 3 gallons of soil in a 5 gallon bucket. I'm going to have to drill holes and use tiny string will give a update tomorrow on soil runoff I planned on feeding today but the soil feels like its just a touch moist so we will wait a day.

Continuing to water twice a week once with feed and once with 6.5 water. I can't say i'm completely satisfied I was hoping that the cola's would be larger by now but I know growing cannabis is all about patience. I went and bought a rapid test to check the soil p.h. in all four of the plants and it seems to reading around 6.0 on all the plants. On another note I think i'm going to do away with the 5 gallon buckets on my next grow and finally get smart pots since I only put 3 gallons of soil in them when I started I don't belief there is enough air flow getting around the base of the plants .

Normal week going into week 9 and beyond. The biggest thing this week is that we started feeding the plants double the koolbloom. We will continue these next week in week 10, then we will stop and move onto dry koolbloom in week 11 and week 12 we will flush with straight ro water. I have to put a mention to the smell for some reason they are putting out a strong lemon smell and one also smelled like coco!! crazy!! Thats why we grow this medicine it seems like it is going to be great all around. We also took are first good look at the trichomes today and they look great as they all ways do!!!

Good question on the start time for the diary. I was planning to start my diary about a week or so after seed sprout because that's what I had been reading "mostly" Some say seedling stage is until the first pair of "real" leaves come in. However, I was just watching a Jorge Cervantes video and he says "vegetative growth lasts from the moment a clone or seedling takes root until it matures enough to begin producing buds," On top of that, after thinking about it, I'd bet people want to know the length of time from seed to harvest. So now I have decided to start my grow diaries at first sight of a sprout. Good luck on the grow!!
