This is a clone I took from my Dark Domina plant that is growing outside through the winter.
Took 2 branches and soaked them in aloe vera water (1 aloe leaf/fillet) for 24 hours than planted them in coco peat and gave abit of the aloe vera water they we're soaking in. 10 days later clones are rooted and planted into 500ml pot.
The mother plant just started to flower outside so I will see if it's going to straight to veg or will it stall and reveg first.
Day 6: clone is showing signs of revegging, transplanted into 4.5L plastic pot to veg until spring then it's full outdoor growing.
Day 10, the clone is now in veg mode, gave 500ml nutrient water on day 9, two days after transplanting into 4.5L pot
Day 12, plant is coming along well
Day 15, Dark Domina clone is starting to veg nicely now and lower branches are pushing out, haven't watered since day 7 and I'm planning to only water again on day 21 the roots must spread and drink up all the water
Day 17, plant growing well. I'm using this box for the last 8 hours of vegging, my grow tent went for stitching and zip repairs.
Day 24 and the dark domina clone us vegging and lower branches are starting to push out. This week my grow tent should be back from stitching repairs than I can transplant the clone into a bigger pot to get the growth going.
Day 26, feed plant fish ememulsion and molasses. Plant growing strong
Day 28 end of week 4, all good
Day 31 in week 5 plant starting to Bush out,hopefully I'm getting my grow tent tomorrow than I can transplant this plant into a 20L pot than going to take clones in 6 days time.
Plant got 2L of water
Day 32, transplanted into 20L pot, still waiting for grow tent. Got order for 250 clones so this plant will be a mother for a while
Day 36 and my Dark Domina is looking happy and growing strong roots are exploring the next space. Going to take clones from her in 7-8 days time.
Day 41, plant looking very happy and the roots are popping out the bottom of my diy airpot. Gonna take clones in 4 days time. Mix 1L of water and one aloe vera leaf juices and foliage feed.
I took 9 clones from my Dark Domina on day 45.
Day 46 and mother plant is doing well after taking clones, today I gave her 5L of water my feeding schedule is 2 x watering with nutrients and 1x water only.
Going to take 18-20 clones in 13 days time.
Day 58 the Dark Domina is growing strong I'll be taking clones tomorrow again. I'll take the bigger branches and give others a few days to reach size before taking more cuttings.
I used rooting powder the last time and so far prefer the aloe vera cloning method
