Thank you all!! for answering my question about pruning during early flower. I really appreciate all the feedback! It is so hard to find info online about defoliation outdoor, esp. during early flower. Today I bent the new growth down (LST) and plan to soon casually cut some larger fan leaves on top and then later address the bottoms. Oh the light tunnels, they shall come! @Growdaddy420, thanks! Yea, got some big ladies on my hands. Just bracing for the flowering stretch. It seems like yours are huge too. My green house is longer than wide, so I staggered them about four feet apart, with only about two feet pathway between them and on sides. Looking forward to seeing what yours do too.

Great looking plants, nice amd bushy too. That greenhouse setup looks good, great idea. It will help with the cooler temperatures and wet weather. I may look into one too. Looks like the fun is starting. This week is warmer weather, that should help too, every bit helps. I am going to follow along for this one. 👍Cheers

Lightpenetration i outdoors is much better than indoors, the sun is wandering, and if she stands " free" your plant should get enough light.I do it like this, I take away sproutings and leaves in the bottom area. ( ca 30 percent in the total hight of the Plant) and then if i finished topping ( i stop on second flowring week, i let her grow. Its good to give her a " corsage" to be protected of heavy winds and helping carry the budites. And here in northern europe they need a transparent roof, because in september we have lots of rain and humidity and its colder. So i protect her from rain. to keep away mold. Its a great tip from @ROM101 to create " Light TUnnels" happy growing

I have yet to do a giant grow myself, I will probably do one next summer. I will for sure keep an eye on this grow. What type of soil are you using? How often are you feeding nutrients? Would you be willing to share the techniques you used to give the plant this shape? This plant looks very nice and healthy. Good work!

@Organic_Grower, I just added some more older photos to week 10 to kind of give you an idea of how I trained these plants. I just softly bended those main stems down, over and over, tryed to get them to grow horizontal and flat and then top the ends once they get atleast 3 nodes to encourage branching. Reminds me of how people espalier apple or other fruiting trees.

Thanks! @Organic_Grower, Using a super soil recipe from a friend that I slightly modified. Its mostly coco, compost, and perlite with all the extra organic living soil additives like mycorrizal, guano, rock dust, crustacean, kelp, etc. etc. Will post another picture tomorrow. I've been doing alot of training, topping, LST and HST and now it has support beams for it screen. Trying to make it turn to a big bush and use up the space available. I generally water every 2-4 days when it really dries out and do nutrients 2xs then flush with water only on third water.

@S_Dubz Can you get hold of some type of root innoculant ? something that will add the beneficial bacteria to your soil and fight against bad bacteria. Google Mycorrhizal fungi

@S_Dubz, just that such big plants will need the roots to be in top health going forward towards harvest those really burnt leaves could be either nutrient deficiencies or root probs

@DILLIGAF, Oh yeah that stuff is readily available where I live. The most recent stuff I applied was Roots Org Terp Tea fertilizer, dry and in a compost tea. Also mammoth microbes. Earlier in August I did Great White Myco. Why do you suggest>? And thank you
