Iluminauto #11, #13 & white n sour

Have got 2 hps dual spectrum lights both kept at 3 feet from pots,will lower as I feel necessary. Light cycle changed from 24/7 to 18/6. Only watering the babies have received to date is a light misting which has been getting heavier as the days go on. Proper nutrient and feed schedule will start on day 10. I have 2 stunted plants with wilting leaves, one looks to be recovering but the other looks like it's on deaths door. Any advice would be nice. Thanks you.
