I started these seeds without everything I needed to house them, not realizing they would pop so fast. I also started too many because the friend told me "They probably won't even pop." I only have room for 3 or 4, but these are regular seeds so some will be males anyway. And they were free so no harm no foul. I got the tent up, added the filter and light and was on my way. Good week, overall.
This week is the beginning of the seedling's life under the HLG 100 light. I am still dealing with stretch and had to stake a couple. I watered for the second time since I transferred to the solo cups. Had some issues with heat (83F) until I ran the ducting into the attic, now temps are maxing out about 78F. I'm having trouble with keeping humidity up and put in some wet towels to try and deal with it. I may get a small "personal humidifier" to increase RH.

Had a powdery mildew scare this week, turned out to be a false alarm. I may have overwatered a little, but the plants seem to be doing well and growing on schedule. I used Fox Farm Ocean Floor soil for the solo cups and I think it may have been too hot for the seedlings. A forum guy advised me to change the soil so I got some Kellogg's organic potting mix and used that with some perlite, about a 60/40 mix. Still haven't used any nutes yet. On to week 4!

I topped this week. I also stripped a couple of the plants to experiment with mainlining. I'm getting eager to see some more growth in these guys.
I topped and mainlined the plants too, and gave them their first nutrients, 134 PPM, 6.5 PH water. Now I'm waiting for the new tops to grow out for another topping.
A few days have gone by and the plants seem to be doing fine, I am not doing much at this point.
8/25/2019:
Watered 2 gallons with Cali Magic and Supre Micro Tea. Watered several times throughout the day to allow little drainage. Plants appear to be doing better and have grown out past the first node, working on the second.
Using HLG-135V2 Respec light at 100% and 36" away. Approx. PPar is 300.
Did some LST and tied down the two branches.
