The ladies look like they are ready to explode with growth. At the moment, I am trying to keep them happy by watering when need.
This is the time I would start thinking about plant structure. These are photoperiod plants, so topping is a must to increase yields. I also have LST in the back of my mind, waiting for a bit more vertical growth and its first top to start tying the leading stems down for a more even light distribution.
