Summary:
===========
The photos are from the beginning of day 3 of week 1.
The seedlings were placed in water to begin the germination process for 24hrs.
Then they were placed between wet paper towels for another 24hrs.
These girl scouts are currently ahead of their sisters (bigfoot glue, blueberry muffin).
They were placed slightly higher up towards the top soil relative to where the blueberry
and bigfoot were placed, however, they have exhibited the most growth so far.
Temperature:
===========
I am currently not using a heat mat. The temperature ranges between 79-80°F
during the day to 75°F at night.
Humidity:
===========
The humidity has ranged from 60% (top off) to 89% (top on). The top only comes off to water.
Water:
===========
I'm currently using tap water. I am also currently trying not to overwater the seedlings.
I don't or haven't measured water use, yet and am watering by eye.
Medium:
===========
Fox Farms, Light Warrior.
This marks the end of week 2.
The temperature and humidity stay
relatively constant--without any
significant drop or elevation during
the evening or day time, respectively.
The canopy, on average, is approx. 24
cm from the primary light source.
Currently, two light sources are being
used: T5 and led. The T5 fixture will be
removed within the next two days.
Girls got a little less water than they should have this week.
However, they've recovered nicely.
I'm just experimenting with different techniques: bending, topping, etc.
