Week 1 was a wild ride, one seedling fell over because it was too dry, another one that had thesame amount of water was showing signs of overwatering.
I have placed tomatoplanters on top of the pot so i can easily manage early-grow water levels, and it slow-dripping far away from the stem might be nice for later.
Heading into week 2, the middle one is exploding in size, while the outer ones dont seem to as much, think i overwatered slightly too, so gonna put in a few days of no water.
First day of week 3, still keeping them dry since the leaf tips are hanging ever so slightly, already starting to smell, i will start thinking about nutrients next week, I'm not sure yet :)
Topped on Monday, plants seem to already be doing fine, changed fan setup slightly so the air is now circulating instead of blowing directly on the light.
Had a few fan issues, i got a bigger fan in the hope it was quieter, but it turned out a bit too big i think, plants didn't like it at all.
Now i'm back to using the small boxfan, gave the plants their first proper feeding, and they seem to be recovering.
Day of the flip to 12/12, did a bit of defoliating so the air can reach into the canopy a bit. Gave it a feeding, ready to go for bloom!
They recovered well from the Fan issues, thankfully.
First signs of bloom is incoming, i think i even see some purple tips, switched to an oscillating fan and they look much much better than they did a week ago.
Bloom has really started now, lamp has gone in real close, not much stretch though, watering every other day now, alternating plain water and with nutrients.
For some reason, the plant in the middle is not happy, i have no idea what it can be, its getting thesame water/nutrients as the other 2, suddenly it almost stopped drinking and developed a ton of spots in just 4 days... any tips?
The middle plant is somehow very bad off, while my other 2 plants seem fine, making me think its not humidity/nutrient related, but i really cant imagine what it would be, has anyone experienced this before? it went from perfectly fine to this in just 4 days.
Out of Magnesium... magnesium is the central molecule in the chlorophyll ion and gets used up in the photosynthesis process. It stopped using water suddenly because water is one variable of the photosynthesis equation (Water+Light+CO2=Sugar+O2). Plus not enough P-K in your solution. Increase your Flora Bloom and try to find some Mag + Sulfur to add at this stage !
Flowering week 5, i think i stabilized the middle plant, let the pot dry out a bit and increased the bloom nutes as per schedule, im not sure how i can mark 2 answers to the question as correct, i may have to choose, even though i think both were correct.
Not sure what to do here, the pots are very heavy, soil is probably way too wet but cant check cause i used those silly planters, they are definitely looking hungry, but can i just water with nutes while the soil is drenched? it seems like a bad idea.
The pots have finally dried out, watering again, at this point i'm just going to see how long i can keep them alive, as the buds don't seem nearly done yet.
Entering the final few weeks, going to keep watering with low nutes, not gonna flush this time, see if it makes a difference.
Will take out my macro lens next week to see if i can get some good trich shots!
Next week just giving plain water, after that its time to choppy chop, to be honest im glad this grow is coming to an end, i messed up way too much for my liking.
@Welovephattrees420uk, its a 3 type mixture nutrient that is supposed to be used in different ratios throughout the cycle, i am following the schedule on https://www.growweedeasy.com/general-hydroponics-flora-trio-guide which has done well for me in the past :)
@BillMonroe, its a Tristar VE-5904 i rigged for hanging, have to make sure the back end of it is free from the side tho, or it makes one hell of a noise.
