Day 1 trying my hands for the first time in growing an auto. Wanna say thanks to Fast Buds, who were kind enough to send me the seeds to do so. Hope I do them well
Day 9 just a heads up on the nutrients. I added the dried powder ingredients when I made up my soil. Could be the only time I use them, but might try making a tea with them later in the flowering stages
Day 15 just a little watering today. Surprised that my regular feminized seeds seem to be growing bigger and faster then the autoflowers. I wonder if the Bat Guano and Glacier Rock dust is responsible for them doing well and my autoflowering seeds to sort of lag behind.
Day 23 not pictured but I have taken one of my metal stacks to start a little LST training on her. Finally showing better consistent growth and wonder if they are hitting close to that flowering trigger. I don’t know cause they are my first auto attempts
Day 29 Looks like she is the first auto in my latest tent grow to enter the flowering stage. If you look close enough, you can see the pistils poking out. Hopefully some new training and a watering today, they will start an upward stretch
Day 31 took an hour off for the lights. Seeing if it will cause some stretch with my autos and cool my tent down a little. Down a couple degrees when I took the pics
Day 34 Sorry for my missed update for yesterday. Will upload it with today’s updated pictures. So I had to water everyone in the tent yesterday and so I have added for 5he first time 2.5Tbsp of Black Strap Molasses into my 2G watering can for all 8 of the plants. Not much showing now but expect a bigger change come tomorrow.
Day 35 watered everyone today and have also started to use my Advance Nutrients with it
Day 37 just a simple plain watering today
Day 39 sorry update is a day late but Yesterday’s pics will be included with today’s pics. Although there might not be a Day 41 and for sure no Day 42 update as I will be out of town.
Day 45 yesterday after I updated my pics I decided to go down and dim my Quantum Board to half power which lowered the tent temp to 77f. Hoping the dimming light would induce some stretching from the new growth I hope will eventually become a nice big cola come flowering. Mostly doing it for some of the autos in my tent and seem to give them a very small but noticeable stretch overnight. Also upping my watering for each plant and gave them some BSM and a tsp each of new Glacier Dust and Bat Guano too. So far they seem to be working out nicely, but expect bigger things tomorrow.
Day 58 and watering day for everyone. I decided for all my autos I would include 4ml/G of my Overdrive and nothing else into my watering can. . . well minus the water of course. Hoping they finish up soon so I flip my photoperiod plants to 12/12
Day 61 sorry on late update from yesterday. Looked a little thirsty and so I gave everyone a simple watering
Day 67 I missed a day but whatever I battling is kicking my ass and keeping me wanting sleep. Thankfully found enough energy to get today’s tent picks. Plus they needed a simple watering today as well, but I think this might be ready for the chop come this weekend. Hopefully I’ll be in better shape by then
Day 69 sorry again on the updates. This fucking virus is still kicking my ass, but hopefully not enough to keep me from harvesting her tomorrow. As I think she is ready for the chop
Day 71 well I think I’m going to let it go one more week. Looking to get a little amber in there before I chop her down. Will stress it for the week by maybe not watering her at all. See if I’m strong enough to follow through on that or not, but for sure next week will be it. Sure smelled amazing, smelt like nice ripe blueberries
Day 73 just a small watering as I don’t mind it being stressed a bit before the chop
Harvested on Oct 20th and just tried an early sample (oct 26th) tonight, and it makes me feel very mellow, happy, and focused on anything bright (especially the tv) So far is has been a pretty smooth vape and the effects really hit you in the head with warmth slowly enveloping the frontal lobes and then into a nice body mellow. Made me ignore some minor pains as well.
So I want to thank Fast Buds again for giving me the chance to grow their seeds, and at the same time apologize too. First time growing autos and I got some good shit but know I could of done a much better job at growing it. Still have a couple seeds left and might give them a go this summer in an outdoor attempt, or give them another go in the tent
Such a compact plant!! Think about giving it 48h dark, for extra trichs!
And care about this amount of nutes before harvest, a slow dry, and longer cure would fix that...
