Has anyone here ever used coco coir drip feed automated system and returned the run off back to the reservoir to re use nutrients?
What was your results I know most ppl just send waste to buckets and throw it away but I just don't see the effectiveness of this and why waste it?

I haven't done it with an auto watering system but I did it via hand-watering and didn't have any issues. I just made sure to top up nutes and correct PH before using it again. I also made sure not to use the water for more than 3 waterings. I don't know if going longer would cause issues, but I didn't bother risking it. However, if you are using microbes it might cause an issue.

Aquabuds She is a monster auto looking really healthy growing buds quickly.
Grow rooms abit crowded now just trying to shape her without stressing her to much.
Day 45 just a photo shoot as she gets feed 6 times a day on timer and she loves it hassle free so far. Day 47 she is growing buds fast just what I like she looking really healthy got no nute problems by keeping my pH adjusted by me twice a day and it's working my have to invest in the mechanism that does pH for you then will be a self maintained grow system. š¤š¤

Aquabuds Another week gone and she is the best auto I have raised so far with out a doubt.
With my system is so easy to grow had no issues so far recycling my runoff. Got told by some that it can't be done but I'm happy to prove them wrong why waste money on throwing away nutrients that's still full of goodness. I check reservoir every day and ppm doesn't drop in most cases it raises slightly and only need to correct pH by decimals.
At the start pH fluctuations where big but as long as you adjust with in a few weeks the coco is a constant 5.7ph now.
Give it a try if you get the time it's worth it, I will pull her off reservoir feed line and flush for a good week as she showing no Amber trichomes yet I won't her to be potent as much as possible.

Aquabuds Flushed for week and cut of all the main colas and now letting bottom nugs fatten up as much as possible until my pineapple chunk is ready.
Didn't weigh wet buds but got 3 of those trays full of sticky fat buds will put final yield up once I have chopped whole plant down.

She has been a awesome tree to grow. This is first part of harvest of just the main cola reasons being it was blocking alot of light to mid and lower colas.
Day 90 dry weight of head is 30 percent wet weight now so put in jar to sweet her abit then will pull out again.
Day 93 buds curing really sweet lovely smoke.
Cut rest of main colas off now just letting lower buds rippen before I harvest them until then won't have dry weights just wet. First harvest of main cola produced 25g dry will add total once finished.
Cut rest of her down week 13 she gave me a good yield really impressed best auto for me so far and look forward in getting more started when I have a chance.
She has been a pleasure to work with thanks RQS for a superior product.

Aquabuds Day 86 decided to flush with Flora kleen and cut the top head off.
After 4 days trimmed and jarred for sweating. Will do this process for a couple of days
Wet weight of main head was 110g trimmed. Pulled off now it's opened and evened the canopy give rest another week or so now.
Finished up with a good yield
Really good quality buds very nice to smoke
