Paranoia set in and I harvested following day, although no signs of mold or mildew during trim. Trimmed fan leaves, into paper bags hanging at 18-22C 55-65% RH for 4 days and then trimmed and into jars. Only a week into a very slow cure, still sitting at 69% with 2-3 15 minute burps a day. Tested a small bud but was still quite fresh, but did hit pretty hard. Smells is very pungent, almost like coffee.
