Welcome to another diary!😈 this time we’re going to try create some delicious desert 🍨 🌱Enjoy the stay and feel free to give me some tips/advice!👌 So these are the only photo's I have for the first week as I only saw this baby Gelato on these days - its been nerve wracking not being able to check up on her more often😖 I soaked her in water for 16 hours, then into cotton wool for about 6 hours, then into her pre-soaked home! She popped up strong on 01/08/2018 to a very happy father 🙌✌️ BUT! she is strong, she is vigorous and she is exciting me already😍 At first I was nervous about her at day 6 - she's only about 0.5cm tall and next to no space between the soil and her cotyledons, but I decided not to intervene as she is happy - I also plan on fluxing or mainlining her! Please leave some advise if you have any, I am nervous 😗

Okay, she’s compact with tight inter nodal spacing - I’m thinking of fluxing this lady! I’m nervous because I don’t want to stunt her, but feeling brave. Any advice or tips? I’ll consider mainlining instead!

Hey hey 👋 I just wanna thank you all for your advices, I do appreciate it a lot 🙌👍 Gaby (named her Gaby the Gelato) 🍧 grew stunningly in week 2, I was very pleased!😁 she’s luscious and vigorous! I read each one of your advices and decided to make a decision whilst bearing in mind each persons advice!🤗 I decided to take a risk and I topped her 👀 I will then tie down her branch’s in and X shape due course and defoliate her depending on how she responds ✂️ The other option is to let her recover and then cut the first set of branches off and mainline her🤔 will have to see how she recovers! 🙆‍♂️🏼 Whatcha guys think now that I’ve topped her? Cut off the first two branches and mainline/flux? I’ve fed her some microbes from a local brand - keen to see how it goes ✌️🌱 Edit - between topping and the next day I’m pleased to say her growth is looking good so far, let’s hold thumbs! Thanks for reading folks 😁🌱💚

Hey guys!😁 So I must say this week has been exciting! Although no conventional I am doing somewhat of a mixture of training and Gaby is responding very well - I must say she is vigorous and strong 😍 I’ve been defoliating her to let light into the new growth areas, tying her down and watching her go💪🙌 she has small cracks from her main stem but I’ve been advised that it’s actually ok I’m very pleased with how she is doing! I’ve cranked the lights up to 24 hours a day in an attempt to prolong the veg period🌱 peace out guys n gals, hope all is well in your worlds!

🍧 this strain has proved its vigor and just continues to flourish despite my abuses 🙌🌱 I tried to lay off her a bit but then went big with the defol and lst, very happy with this lady 😍👍 I’m busy writing exams so excuse the lack of photos!

And so the training continues, I’ve really put this lady to the test and she is thriving 🙌 I can’t wait to see how she turns out towards the end! She has started preflowering and will enter stretch soon! It’s been a learning curve for me using this training technique, and I’ve learnt a lot! Definitely will be trying this again👍 Fastbuds autos are resilient and vigorous, no doubt about that 🤩 hope you enjoyed this! Some may cringe 😝

Hey guys! Sorry for the late updates, just went through a hell of a last few weeks. Completely mind blown. Struggling with temp management - had to move my grow to a whole other room and now my environment is completely thrown! But still chugging along with some damn awesome genetics! They only getting water and bio enhance every two weeks. This lady is coming in hot into flowering!

@Silky_smooth, awesome, thanks a lot, I’ll give it a bash - I’m an unconventional person in any case 🤪 I’m keen for this! And shot for the tip about the 24hr lighting! Last one, if I switch to 24 will it affect my other flowering autos?

Keen to see how this lady turns out! I've only grown 2 autos so far & got the courage to top them both last season, was only on the 4th node & both did well. Have heard the fastbuds get a bit bigger than most autos, so I'm sure she'll fill out nicely. Will keep an eye on this one & maybe get brave with my next batch. :P

WiddieThePooh
WiddieThePoohcommented6 years ago
@Zollies_zn, Naah, I thought because of this excessive training that your plants are going through, you might have needed some nutes, to speed the process up. Good luck brother, I'll be following this grow.
Zollies_zn
Zollies_zncommented6 years ago
@WiddieThePooh, I don’t use any nutrients, but Incase of a deficiency I have biobizz grow and bloom on hand! I use organic soil with organic amendments - let me know if you want a list of that perhaps?
WiddieThePooh
WiddieThePoohcommented6 years ago
@Zollies_zn, You don't have nutes listed, can you tell me which nutrients you give your ladies?

Hey, I used to think that I couldn't top or LST autoflowers because of chances of stunning her but honestly, nowadays breeders select such good genes from prior genetics of autoflowers that it can be done and they will reward you with large harvest.
