Just so u know you can defoliate at the end of week 3 of flowering its actually recommended. She still will recover like when she was in veg. Stop any train on week 4. She looks healthy thats all that matters. I see your keeping up with your canopy being even👍 for that. With nutrients you have it under control for now. Also another tip when u harvest chop before lights come on. And the goal to shoot for trichomes is a 5 to 20% amber. One more thing make sure to lower nitrogen at week 4 of flower and stop using nitrogen 3 weeks before harvest.
