Been flushing for a week now and the fan leaves are dying but now I’m noticing g the tops of some of the buds are dying drying and can be pulled right off. Under some are little dots. I had pulled some caterpillars off a few times this week but didn’t seem
Like they did much damage. Does it look like bud rot?

Sorry, but yes, it is bud rot. Harvest and try to salvage what you can.

Yea, that's rot unfortunately. You can cut out the affected parts. You might be better off harvesting now. This is one of the reasons I think flushing is pointless. It just hurts the plants.
