- 🌬️ Transplanted to 18.9l air pots.
- 📅 This week the weather changed with rain n cold, so the next days the plant was on fire.
- first 2 weeks in growtent with a little stress.
- 🐛 Detect spider mites n leaf miners --> Sprayed with SmC (2 times).
- Rain and low temperatures all the week between 15-21/7.
- boost from the weather.
- ✂️ Topping finished and it's time for LST and mainlinning.
-🔍 The plant has no signs of stress and continues to grow well.
- Still hot temperatures this week.
- 🕸️ Spider mites detected at early veg.
- 🐛 White flies detected at week 8 ->9.
- 💧Using table water caused small defficient -> change to tap water (without Cl).
- 🌻 Change Stage from veg to flowering week 8 -> 9 (20/9).
- 🌱 Basil and mint to the rescue ➡️ whiteflies🔚 finished. Put Basil, mint close to your plants and prevent whiteflies.
- Great development at week 9.
- 90 cm width
- Buds : really fast development, solid inside.
- Trichomes: starts to browning.
- 86 day : rain, wind and cold at night (from 29C at morning to 14C at night), lets see what will happen...
- 88 day : no problems from the weather so far but had to tide her up for sure...
- Watering: before the rain 1.5l with 4 ml bloom n 2ml grow.
The next 2 days no need of water.
- Watering : storm at the beginning of week 13.
- buds : solid with fat trichomes, full of crystals and a strong skunky-spicy smell.
- the maturity of the crystals delayed this week cause low temps.
- day : 96 starting to flush with 4.5l ph check fresh water.
- 5-7 days before harvest, flush before 3 days with ph check water to clean the roots.
-smell super strong, spicy and sweet.
- last defoliation before harvest.
HARVEST.
- Made a small greenhouse few days before harvest in a case of an unwanted rain.
- Sweet skunk was an easy strain to grow.
- The weather conditions were really difficult, up to 40C° degrees until early night for the most of the grow except 2 weeks (3 n' 13 week) with the opposite (15C° at night and storms).
- White flies, and miners spotted before being serious threat.
☆ Under these circumstances im happy with the trip I had with my Sweet Sept aka sweet skunk.
- I reccomend it for sure cause this strain is a fighter. (Especially for outdoors)
- Nutrients started at week 3 (guanokalong grow) and week 6 added (guanokalong bloom) to prepare the soil for Flowering stage. In the soil we added guano powder too.
- Watering with table water for a few times stressed the plant so changed with tap water immediately.
- Always PH tested ✅ before watering (5,5-6).
- Rain watering 3 times. Last watering 2 days before harvest (with rain water).
- Pot -> used smart pot 5 galons 18,9l : ✅ No overwatering problems ❌ keep the moisture levels high.
■ Technics -> topping, lst, defoliation worked great at sweet skunk with no stress problems detected.
- Drying at ~60% humidity and 22-24C° temps, a lot of weight lost but the quality of the bud looking good.
¤ Update 1 : Drying for 7 days and 7 days curing mode, the buds are starting to smell, the 1st smoking test was encouraging, feel mind-body effects already and we are not close yet.
-Really fast Flowering stage, cant even imagine it after 7 weeks veg.
- Growing with grow diaries was really fan. Maked me to try harder --> learned more --> best quality bud 🍯
