They look like they are doing well even under the difficult growing conditions. Keep in mind each seed and strain is unique. Every time you stress your plant by topping or any high stress training you set the plants progress back a bit. I would suggest letting them just grow out at this point. Your container is small so the plants will become root bound the larger plant probably has a larger root system than the smaller one and is hogging up all the nutrients. What your looking at is you may at some point have to water them twice a day as they get larger. If you try to re pot them you will set them back even further. The larger one looks like it's about to start blooming which is not a good time to disturb the root system leave her in that pot.If you were going to attempt to re pot the smaller one that may work. Use a "sharp" knife and run it through the soil equal distance in between the two plants then try to scoop out the smaller plant with out disturbing the root system then put into a larger pot with new soil. Use only plain water for the next week on her until you see signs of new growth which signals she's recuperated and is ready for some light nutrients. After another week return to your normal nutrient routine if shes still responding well to her move. Hope this helps👍
