Started out these purple punch autos by placing them in a cup of water in a dark spot for 24hrs. I then moved them to a damp paper towel for another 24hrs. I then placed them in my soil about an inch deep. It's been about 3 days since putting them in soil and 3 of 4 have popped out of the soil! I have been keeping the soil damp with ph adjusted water, and I am using Promix mixed in with perlite for extra drainage. Grow room has been maintained at 22° and 60-70% RH. I am growing with the Optic Led 8+.
1st week since they popped out of the soil! Growing extremely well, had the light raised for some stretch and I have now lowered it. Running 100% VEG dim and 10% BLOOM dim on the Optic 8+. Started feeding it light nutrients with some root booster. Also added a fan mounted on the wall for increased air flow on the plants! Next step will be adding a fresh air intake for the room!
Growing super fast and strong. No issues so far! Been maintaining the room at 22° during the day and 18° at night! Upped my feeding by a little bit and they seem to be taking it quite fine! Also numbered the plants to track them as they all seem to be growing slightly different!
Wow! What a week! Could not keep up with them! Still struggling to understand LST so any pointers would be awesome! Other than that they've been loving the Optic 8+! Raised the light a little more and they seemed to love it! They are really starting to develop an smell, very fruity!
Another week of some explosive growth! I have been slowing turning up the light intensity on the Optic 8+ and they've been loving it! The inner branches from being bent down are really starting to shoot up! Excited to see what's to come!
Holy shit! I have not been able to keep up with them! The growth is absolutely insane! #3 after breaking bounced back like a champ! It is still developing 4 main shoots! Unfortunately #1 has also broke and topped itself approximately 4 nodes up! Taking it like a champ though which makes me wonder if these guys do well with topping! #2 though is by far doing the best and #4 was showing signs of breaking so I took all the ties off Also starting to shoot some preflower!
This was another explosive week! The transition into flower was extremely fast!! The stretching began immediately, the inner lateral branches have shot up reaching to the light! Unfortunately due to #1 and #3 breaking the canopy is becoming a little uneven but the Optic 8+ makes up for it with the intense output! Will be slowly upping the feeding as they transition further! I also didn't realize #2 had split a bit until I noticed the healed wound on her! She took it like a champ! 💪
First off.. the fruity smell coming off #2 makes my mouth water! 😵 It has just been packing on the trichomes, this pheno looks like it flowers much faster than the rest as they're lacking the trichome department compared to #2. I also cannot get over how big they've gotten during flower, the stretch has been crazy!😍😁Even with some minor breakages they remained extremely healthy and have shown minimal signs of being stressed. The environment has remained at a perfect 22° and I have kept the RH at around 55%!
