Week 6 -
The girls are vegging for longer than j expected😲 but I don't mind. More growth is good😌
I started spraying the under side of the leaves with a neem oil solution and then turn off the lights for 12hrs once a week - just as a preventative measure.
Training is still needed every second day, along with some defoliating after training to try get light to the branch's that need to catch up. Gotta give every branch a chance😊😅
On a contradictory note; I am considering taking off the smaller side-side-side branch's so that energy is given to the stronger sites. Does anyone have thoughts on that?
Watering has increased a lot! I am now feeding with Seagro every watering at full recommended strength 💦 (5ml / litre of water)
I have had an issue trying to keep the humidity up this week. But have made a temporary solution until I can get a nice little humidifier and air-cooler 💨
The girls are showing signs of flower! But only late in the week, so I will switch my diaries to Flowering from week 7 onwards
hey there bro! 😁 I'm very excited for this journal, I can see there are some good things to come! Nice start with the LST early, good move😬 I'm very excited to see how this grow comes along, and to see the box you build ✊ Well done on an excellent start!!💪
@Zollies_zn,Thanks for the kind words brother! photos of the box will be coming with week 5 updates on the 20th Sept😉 p.s; Congratulations on your Newbie Of The Month Award.👏
Hi mate. if it is any help. I am using a great product for keeping living soil replenished called Ecothrive charge. ( mealworms frass) and a bennie tea that soesnt need brewing called biosys by same company. I am in their living soil too. They do a range of living soul amendments that are breaking records for fruit and veg growers too. there is a pic in my journal of their products I use. ( not sure which one currently but is there.l) All about the soil life and is reasonable price too. Once you finish there is life-cycle too that replenished spent soul with fresh bennies and life for a repeat cycle. designed for easier no-till. If you put some straw mulch on top of your pots , it will keep the moisture in better and also kick off the vermicomposting process on the top layer. Living soils thrive in this . looking great in there mate. am on the same strains too, only 2 weeks in though and usually a photoperiod guy but these strains and autos had to be done. Has been a great help looking at your progression through the weeks to know mine are normal at this point and will reach a position as yours have. nice job
