I strongly suggest you to flush your plant before harvesting, it might takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on how much nutrients you gave her during her life cycle.
On the picture that plant looks ready for flushing and harvest right after. But only a good look on the trichomes will tell you, you must have a pocket microscope to be able to check them.
