Grilled Cheese Bagseed Try

It’s sprouted and got its 2 first leafs but the middle looks a bit curly. I think it got too hot in the spot it was in, it was just getting light from a window that was really bright at some times. First pic is beginning of week, 2nd is later on after I noticed something with the middle. My friend said it might need real soil now instead of that starter so I got a bigger pot and am working on that soon.
