sowed 9 MK Ultra & 1 Gorilla Glue #1 on Sept 10, 2019
9 sprouted Sept 13, 2019
1 MK Ultra left to sprout
During the first week they'll be under the T5's getting established. I reused the coco from my last grow to start these. I used a garden sieve to clean it and mixed a light blend of nutrients (Calmag, micro, & grow to 150ppm @ 5.5PH) to saturate it before sowing.
I was quite impressed with every aspect of the MK Ultra from the last grow. The plant was easy to maintain and yielded over 5 oz of amazing medicinal buds. I learned a lot from the experience and look forward to building on that knowledge to enhance my skills as a gardener.
Sept 15 - a few of the girls were looking a little stretchy under the CFL so I went ahead and put them under the small LED.
Sept 18 - switched to 18/6, all looking healthy and should unfold the second set of fans soon. I noticed a few seedlings stretching as if they were trying to avoid excess light. I know the light is powerful enough for that area maybe too much too close? Changed to the big lights and raised them to a safe position for early growth and that should make a difference. Medium is still moist and I haven't watered at all. light spritzing twice a day for a week.
*I will be transplanting directly from the solo cups to 7 gal fab pots at around 2 weeks. I believe the transplant will be a breeze with the roots having time to establish.
