Day 7:
My ladies (brown pot) grow really good, beside one in the left corner. That's why I will let them still grow for a few days before topping. The shorter plant will get the same feeding as on week 1.
Day 9: 3 ladies did grow from about 7.5 to 11cm in two days, so I decided to top all 4 to the same height. Now they are all 6cm tall.
I also changed the feeding schedule:
1/1 = full nutrition
1/2 = half nutrition
Only water
And for the last one I don't have any plan yet. Maybe I'll give her a little bit more nutrition. But for now I'll feed like on week 1.
A friend of mine gave me some clones of his frisian duck (black pot). A other phenotype . Unfortunately they are in preflower and not well rooted, but I think they will make it. One plant is 9cm and the other 7.5cm. The first difference you will hopefully see in the picture is that mine have more of a incut on the leaves. The distance on the internode is shorter on mine but I think that's normal because my friend grow on a windowsill where there is only a few hours of light per day. It will adjust with time. Also my clones will produce purple flowers, my friends green. They are also in 100% soil so I can see the difference between soil and 100%coco.
I also added som pictures from my "mother" plant which is a clone too. I will add som pictures of the real mother after harvest and drying which will be in 2 or 3 weeks.
hey man for extra data points it's customary to measure leafs but also cross sections of stems and stalks (meaning you have to cut the plant down) . Just one question though : why only veg with these ?
@GrowInDirt, damn they're pretty cool folks though ! very generous ! before you go and add leaf size try searching for some scholarly articles about plants, they will usually include their measurements in there and you can see how they take their data points etc. i mean i suppose that's what you're after type of thing
@CRiSPrGrow, hi thanks for the advice! I will add the leaf size. To answer your question I still live whit my parents and they will not allow it. I can have my grow box because I did grow peppers in it.
