Potted blocks into small pots and some seedlings are younger than the other guys but they are looking happy and when they have established their roots properly they will begin to show more signs of growth

I think they're both female the bottom photo I'm not so sure could be male or hermie, the photo above definitely female. 🤔

Little hard to tell based on pictures. They don't look female to me, you'll be able to tell if they're male very easily if they big "ball sacks" (lol)
