Started 12 of September. No idea which seed bank. Only name of the strain written on the pack. Got 3 seeds. The first one germinate in the same time as basil in this pot. Mixed in equal proportions peat moss compost and perlite, put some special planting bacterias (no idea what exactly it was but supposed to make this soil alive) also planted some basil to have natural way of nitrogen supply.

It's good to get as much light as you can but try to avoid heat stress.
To your other question there are some weeks to go because the pistils are still white. Wait until they turn brown and frizzy. For the best moment you will need a microscope for checking trichomes.
