Lovely dude will the snow not insulate against the wind and maybe give you a couple more days as long as the light gets in .only asking dude you're the gardener there but as you say more time would be better. I know it sounds stupid but polystyrene traps heat between layers , stacking this near will hold in ambient temperatures. Good luck dude you have a bumper crop to come☺️
