Glue Dream Clones acclimating to RDWC from rockwool cubes into Grodan mini rockwool cubes blended with 1" to 1.5" growstone in 8 inch netty pots. Had to temporarily support one clone with a clear dome for several days (humidity) until strong enough to stand alone.
At this time, the nutrient solution pH keeps falling (acidic) by .3 per day, I am using a dilute solution of Silica and pH up to regulate at 6.2 pH via 10oz. bolus additions of the buffer solution to the external hydroponic reservoir.
No roots have shown beyond the netty pot this week. 😅

The pH continued to sink for 5 days of week 2 but has settled out and is holding steady at 5.8. I had to discontinue adding the 10 oz bolus's of Buffer Solution due to total volume (adding to water level). changed to adding 1mL of pH Up to a liter measuring cup and then blending with the returning nutrient as it entered the external reservoir. In the course of the week of adjusting the pH, I added in another 2 mL/Gal of CaliMagic in an effort to stabilize the pH; Between pH Up and Cal-Mag the ppm is now at 806.
Plant Growth has been very good this week with most of the clones adding at least 1 inch and a few adding 4 inches of height. You can see the clear container in one of the pictures - I added that temporarily to prop up the light stressed clone. I applied the FIM technique to all of the central top nodes on day 5.
Upcoming Equipment changes:
Ordered a pair of Gull Wing style SE HPS/MH Reflectors that will replace the LEDs pictured currently. Ordered a second Quantum 2 600w Ballast to ensure even consistent lighting - Same Lamps, Same Reflectors, Same Ballasts.
Adding an Air Intake Fan, Adding a Thermostat to regulate air intake and exhaust (synchronized) to maintain a set temperature.
Re-configuring the air ducting to make the appropriate room for the Gull Wing Reflectors.
Some explosive growth among the strongest. The smallest plant is clearly stunted but maintaining a good leaf turgor, so I moved it closer to the tent opening to make it easy to foliar feed with a rooting supplement (Rhizotonic at 4ml/Liter in a hand sprayer).
pH has been solid at 5.8 for the entire week (no adjustments).
The new open air fixtures arrived, as well as the 600w ballast. I know I said Same-Same-Same last week but it turns out I have two matching HPS lamps but not two matching MH lamps so for the remainder of Veg its gonna be different lamps.
2 x Quantum 2 600W (Dimmable)[not pictured]
2 x Ipower Gull Wing Reflector (fixtures)
1 x Digilux 600w MH
1 x Hortilux Eye Blue 600w MH
1 x Growers Choice 630w (non-dimmable) Ballast [not pictured]
1 x Growers Choice 630w CMH (4k)
1 x Hydro Planets 6 Inch Air Cooled DE Hood
At flip to Bloom it will be a matching pair of Digilux 600w HPS Lamps. I do not plan on running all three lights together very often due to Total Watt Use (expensive).
Busy Week.
Performed a nutrient change out to reduce PPM (down to sub 400 from mid 800s) to promote rooting from the smallest plant. Applied LST training method and was good to go for a full day, then just the one plant began fainting (near complete loss of turgor) - only on the upper branches . I subsequently undid the bindings on the affected plant to see if she will bounce back.
Next week - another nutrient change out to increase PPM and balance the nutrient profile (Mostly just supplements at this moment)
