Hello Wilmygrow, i think you can use nutrients to give your plant more power. Also the light might be not strong enough for the tops to develop quick and big. So my advice, start giving some nutrients that are easy to use and mix with the water you feed your plant and lower your light a little bit and check if the result are better. If you go to low you can burn your plant so check it out after a day and if possible lower more the next day untill you find thats sweetspot for your girls. If its not enough or u have the option you can also switch to a led or hps light or add more lights to your grow space. Hopefully this answer was what u needed. Goodluck Wilmygrow, Keep on Growing. You have a female plant looks good but lacking power in your grow light. Light is a main factor to producing good big frosty buds. If you can lower your light I would she is a little stretchy.
