So I have two girl scout cookies I germainated 9/2. One is almost 4 inches tall and doing wonderful, the other is like a dwarf at 1 inch, looks healthy just tiny. Dont know what I did or what to do.

@Happyhigh I doubt it was anything you did or didn't do and just a phenotype difference , Sometimes a seed will have less vigor than another
