Squirrel_Master Just getting this Crop King Northern Lights Auto started. I will update more over the next couple days as it pops and I get it into coco. I'm going to go straight into a 3g air-pot this time and not transplant at all.

Squirrel_Master This one seems to be off to a good start despite losing one of its cotyledon leaves. It must of been an inner part of the seed that stayed wrapped around the leaf and choked it out, I tried a couple times to remove it but it seemed I would just tear the leaf off. After a few days it just fell off.

Squirrel_Master Day 15 and everything is looking good. She seems to be responding well to a mild nutrient mix... I started at quarter strength, then half strength. I'll ramp it up a bit more in a few days.

Squirrel_Master I'm not overly impressed with the growth on this one. It has been under my weak light too long and is not where it should be. I still have two weeks till the big girls move out of the tent and then I'll have a little more breathing room. I have too much going on in a 4'x2' tent lol.
That being said, I ordered a stronger LED panel to replace my second light. I have been running a 12"x12"- 45w second light and am replacing it with a 300w LED.

Squirrel_Master She's doing pretty good considering how cramped the tent is right now. My two big girls will be done in the next 5-10 days and then the smaller plants will get some much needed attention. Switched over to bloom noots this week, She seems to be taking it well.

Squirrel_Master I finally bought my pH and EC meters, I am still trying to get a handle on it all but it looks like I have been overfeeding my plants by around double. Gotta do some more reading and try and refine my feeding regiment. I definitely think high pH and overuse of the nutes have been causing all my problems. Gonna try to keep everything in check and see how they improve over the next week or two.

Squirrel_Master This girl is looking much better this week. I've got the pH issues corrected in my pots now. I used to blindly follow the directions on nutrient jugs, until I started using a conductivity meter. Turns out I was feeding all my auto's double or more than they should be getting... which was causing all kinds of problems with all my plants. I hope to see an improvement in yields with my new plants from here out.

Squirrel_Master I'm really happy with the way this one is shaping up! It has been exploding over this last week. I am seeing bud growth daily, and it's starting to get a nice scent to it.

Squirrel_Master I'm really happy with the Northern Light's progress. The buds are all shaping up nicely and I notice new growth every day. She's starting to look like a winter wonderland lol.

Squirrel_Master I'm thinking this one is gonna go another 3-5 days tops. She's starting to smell really good, kind of like lemony pine. I am going to hold out as long as possible before chop day, I'd like the buds to fatten up some more.
I'm on the fence whether I should feed it or flush it tomorrow. I water it every other day right now, and I generally only do one good flush at the end. Thinking I might push it and feed her one more time.
I'm really impressed with this strain. The plant was pretty stubby at around 27", it developed and finished fast. 70 days from seed to harvest. The buds are dense and resinous, having the smell of pine and lemon. I would definitely recommend this as an easy to grow, good yielding strain. Looking forward to popping another one of these in the near future. 👿

Squirrel_Master Overall very happy with CKS Northern Lights Auto, it grew fast and furious and produced some top notch nugs. All in all I ended up with 311g of wet bud and 49.6g of wet trim.
Smoke report and dry harvest weights to follow...
Update: Has a nice subtle taste of citrus and sweetness. The scent of the dried buds is not overpowering from the jars but smell great if you get up close and personal with them.
This is the third plant in my Terpinator experiment, it really does seem to make a big difference in the finished products smell and taste. I'm going to blast my next plant with it through flowering and see just how big of a difference it makes. Over my last three plants I have given small and large doses of Terpinator and I can honestly say that the plants that got less taste like vegetation and the ones that got more taste and smell amazing.
Ended up with 76.9g dry bud and 15.1g dried trim for budder.
@Tonino, I actually ended up feeding her again... I'll flush it on Thursday and take it down over the weekend. I'm really trying to let her go as long as possible to bulk up a bit more.
@Squirrel_Master, I understand it’s just that you not giving her a lot of time to consume the leftover nutriment so sometime it makes your weed not taste as good as it could A good guide that your plant doesn’t have any more nutriment to feed on is by DN lots of her leaf will turn yellow
Hi my friend. Your plants are looking great. I have a problem and I need comments from friends with experiences.
I'm feeling that my buds are so small, maybe they're not but I think like that. The feathers have started to turn into.brown and I think the harvest time will come after 15 days.
Will the buds continue growing up at that time? For the last, can you say anything abou the harvest time? I have added a video to my diary today.
Best regards. 🤗🙏
