@Ripper, I can see what you mean. I did leave mine in while but it was to ensure that the little calcium deficiency I was dealing with had corrected itself.
In reality, I could have easily sent mine into flower after only a few weeks and they'd be a nice manageable size.
But if they're not stretching enough you'll not get the size plant that your looking for once they're done.
Its amazing how some strains can differ from the norm and the phenotypes in each strain can differ slightly.
But I am very glad for the advice. This is the best place for honest and non bias information on each strain, straight from the source.
Happy growing friend!!
@MomnPoppaSeed,my current girls only vegged for 3 1/2 weeks and most are around 40 inches in full flower. They usually triple in size when you flip them. Not this wedding cake though.
@Ripper, thanks for the tip, I feel your pain, I switched over to photo period because of that (and a few other reasons) same issue.
My past few auto strains have gone into pre flower b4 they could hold more than an oz of dry bud.
Very disappointing but we all learn.
Kept my 1st 2 photos in veg almost 3 months just to be sure they're ready.
Hey Ripper, are you still using Spiderfarmer? Is you have the hanging distance at 146cm is that eight? Buds look dense as mate!! I just got sf2000 looking at keeping it at perfect height, help me if you can :) merry crimbo ✌️

Nice looking start mate .Kean to carry on following your progress.
1 question you useing Auto-Pots can you notice the difference to normal type pots?
Or alittle early at this stage ?
@Uki69, been using the autopots now m third grow with them and I will always use them. They are awesome. The plants eat when they want to eat. Never go hungry ever. Huge difference over hand watering.
