First grow

RedbeardGrow First week, first grow. It was pretty chill, not knowing how the plant would develop. I checked the soil and its moisture twice a day.

RedbeardGrow Second week. I started with BioGrow. The plant is responding well. It's growing pretty fast and visibly. I'm starting to be a green thumb 😂 I check it twice a day.

RedbeardGrow Third week completed. The plant is growing well, has a nice stem, and looks healthy. I raised the light because I started to notice some small signs on the leaves. Next week I will need to buy a dehumidifier and a hygrometer to have a perfect microclimate inside the growbox.

RedbeardGrow Day 22: Today marks the start of the fourth week, and I've removed some branches with larger leaves to make space for the newcomers. A bit scared, but I hope I haven't harmed the little girl. Day 23: I've noticed nice growth despite the defoliation. Today I watered lightly, just 300 ml per plant. The soil was quite moist. I added a fan that blows fresh air into the grow box. Day 24: no water today! The leaves felt "heavier" than usual overnight, the substrate is 50% saturated, so I'll wait to see what the level is tomorrow. The foliage is developing properly, and there are many more nodes visible in pre-flowering. Day 25: quick check of the little plant. All good, I placed a fan from the outside to push fresh air in through the side opening, this way I have a lower relative humidity (55/60%). No large amounts of water, just misted the surface to avoid dry pockets of substrate. Day 26: everything is normal. I swapped the plant with the other one in the box. It seems like it will stay slightly "dwarf" even though from other experiences I've seen it doesn't grow excessively. Day 27: at a glance, it seems to be growing even though it looks more and more like a bush. I removed the last large leaves at the bottom, let's hope it pushes upwards this way.

RedbeardGrow The beginning of the week hasn't been the best, the plant has suffered from the last defoliation and has slowed down growth by a few days. There are many flowers, especially on the main stem. I still can't believe we're halfway there. I might treat myself for Christmas 😂

RedbeardGrow Start of the sixth week, on day 36 I removed several leaves that had formed abundantly to give more light to the flowers. I changed the schedule by adding 1 ml of flowering fertilizer. From my other experiences, I think I'm a bit behind with the growth. We'll see.

RedbeardGrow The plant is growing healthy, the buds will definitely be small, but I hope they are flavorful. I realized my mistakes around week 5, so it took a while for it to recover. Of the two, she is smaller and lagging in growth, so I think I will go beyond the 8 weeks suggested by Sweet Seeds. Whatever the outcome, I can't wait to start again!

RedbeardGrow Start of the eighth week. It starts to smell good when opening the box. Unfortunately, my heater has failed me, so in the next few days, I will look for a new solution to prevent the temperature from dropping too much.

RedbeardGrow For my first time, I’m really satisfied and happy to smoke the weed I grew myself. I’ll try to grow this strain again, both for the satisfaction of growing and for its taste and couch-lock effect.
