Adding more water cleared up my issue. Plants are looking great to me although I'm sure you guys can see something wrong. Lol. Hoping to start adding a bit more nutrients to see how they handle that. Plants seem to be getting quite bigger compared to last week.
Another good week. Going to defoliate and see how it responds to it. Thinking about switching it to flower soon. Let me know what you guys think about flowering it after 6 weeks.
Still seem to be growing at a good pace. Have been feeding every 3rd water. First time ever doing lst and so far I like what I see. Going to let them just grow this week without any training before I switch them to flower next week. Figured I'd leave them one more week. Would like to have the tent full rather than just about full. The sour Jack's dont seem to be growing at the same rate. Gelatos are by far the best. Again first indoor grow so I dont have much to compare it to but looks decent. Would appreciate any feedback if you see something I dont.
Dec 15 turned the lighting to 12 12 and slightly lowered the lights. I think if I leave them that they will not have enough room in tent as there is 7 plants. They all look healthy except one gelato has a bit of rust on a couple leaves. If anyone has had experience with it let me know if you have a solution for it.
So the plants are taking off now and really filling out. I will have to defoliate them at week 3. Seem to be taking the nutrients just fantastic. Cannot wait until I start seeing some buds.
So this week I did quite a harsh defoliation as it will be my last. They seemed to handle it quite well and had to tie down a few branches as they were trying to run away compared to the other branches. Smell is getting quite strong when I open the tent. I am having to keep dehumidifier on in intervals to keep rh around 47 but then it heats the room so it's a battle I'm having this week
Half way done week 3 of flower. Just wondering if there are different nutrients I should be adding. I'm using general hydroponics. Just using what it says to on the bottle for feeding. Do the bud candy add that much growth? Blackstrap molasses to water? When? Any advice please?
I use GH flora micro/gro/bloom, rapid start, cal/mag, diamond nectar, floralicious plus, and now liquid cool bloom In flower. Every 4th feed is plain water PH 6.3-6.5 in flower, 6.7 and -6.5 in veg.
Well where to start. All 7 growing at different speeds and flowering at different stages, although with 3 different strains that is to be expected. Sativa are the furthest behind. Started adding koolbloom hopefully will give me better buds. Cant wait till next week to see how much further they are
This week the sour Jack's went a little rusty on me. They were looking quite bad so I added some cal mag to the mix and they seemed to have bounced back real quick. All of them seem to be bulking up nicely. The sour jacks are clearly a couple weeks behind the rest. Took off a bunch of leaves at the beginning of last week and opened up the canopy on them all. Another week in the books.
So the sour Jacks this week we're looking a little worse for the wear. I took some photos if anyone has any suggestions on what it could be please let me know I moved the lights up a little bit more thinking it might be that. The Purple Kush would look really good and so do the gelato. Was thinking one more week of nutrients for the Purple Kush and maybe the gelatos as well and then flush for 2 weeks. The sour Jacks need a lot longer. Also having trouble keeping temp down below 25 degrees c during the day but its 18 at night.
Everything going ok it seems except for the sour Jack's having issues as I pointed out in the picture. The picture doesnt display the leaves with the issues as I've stripped them. One purple kush is going into flush. Will wait another week for the others and the gelatos as they still have quite a bit of white hairs on them. Jack's have a while still.
So have only been feeding the sour Jack's this week. They have some effects of nute burn and or heat stress or both. The purple kush are almost done flushing. Will put them to 48 dark in a day or two. Gelatos haven't had foor all week. Just straight water. Looks like foxtailing on the one purple kush. Going to be harvesting one purple kush in a couple days.
Heavy indica. Had one plant foxtail due to my inexperience. had the temps tol high during flower. That plant is still in the tent but isnt sticky and the buds look retarted. I'm not going to fault the strain as much as I will me.
In flush except one of the sour Jack's. They are smelling really nice and looking good. Cannot wait to try some of the gelato. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
