Hola !
I’m finally back on grow diaries , i had a really rough time but hopefully everything is going to be alright . No further ado , let’s jump to my come-back grow . I’m going to be raising these beautiful seeds Girl Scout cookie Auto from Fastbuds.
I’m going to be growing 2 GSCs in coco coir using 2 different brands of nutes . So let’s see the comparison side-by-side and let’s see the difference between the tastes of each girls. They will be growing in 5 Gallon smart pots, I started all of them in jiffy peat pellets and transplanted them to the smart-pots.
I will be using 2 brands of nutes in this grow .
GSC Auto #1 is running with Superbuds Nutes in coco coir
GSC Auto #2 is running with Mastermine Nutes in coco coir
The one using nutes from Superbuds kick off pretty fast and GSC#1 is a little bigger than the second plant.
I gave them extra silica (0.5ml per 1 L) of water to make their stems more sturdy .
I forgot to mentioned about the led light that i will be using for this grow , i will be using 2 , QB288 lm301b+ 660nm by Mei jiu (chinese grow lights). They are great so far , they are quite impressive compare to what they cost.
For this week they continue to grow beautifully . There are a few holes on the top new leaves , i believe it was caused by foliar spraying with too high PPM ,so i’m going to stop spray anything on her .
The first plant using Superbuds nutes seems to be growing faster than the second Mastermine nutes .
I did the first LST on the last day of week 3. It is a little bit hard since they are very short but I tucked the leaves in and managed anyways.
Week 4 of vegging , i haven’t done anything else other than tucking in the wide fan leaves so it doesn’t block the lower nodes and continue to LST them everyday.
Surprisingly, the 2nd GSC is growing in a faster paste but she showed some deficiency on the lower leaves . The first girl has shorter leaves
