I have had very good luck growing autos under a trellis I use a light mover and I keep the light low at first so not to stretch to much - then I usually only top once around the 5 node - then lst from there on using the trellis to run the branches under. This is about my 5th year growing there was many failed and not so happy grows I have tried 3 different lights so far and 2 grow tents this 2x4 is the best so far the size is perfect for big crops in small areas no wasted space.
Specs:
2x4x70in grow tent purchased for less than $70
Grow light is a 1800w cob LED light stays way cool and grows monsters buds purchased for just over $100
Light mover was $$ but worth it considering how amazing my grows have been
Exhaust fan 200cfm
Carbon filter 4in
Inlet 100cfm fan
2 clip on rotating fans
2 Exhaust O2 bags
6x3 gallon pots best fit or 3x5 gallon pots are best fit

Total grown at once so far was about 8oz from 6 plants all autos
First LST training used paper clips and pinned them down this helps them get a big stock and it helps keep them growing low and as you can see they bounced right back and looking good for 2 weeks old.

Week 3 almost ready to pinch waiting maybe one more week. Decided to pinch them all now also just seeing pre-flowers they are right on time I only pinch once sometimes 2 times if I don’t see pre-flowers. Autos can turn on a whim when stressed out to much so keep it light once in flower strictly LST at that point.
In all fairness it’s not a heavy hitter small yields only 3 week veg it’s a short and super fast 56 days finished and it was a bit over than I normally like but yeah literally it was done in 56DAYS
Hey guys sorry about all this I had some issues with the entire grow and had trouble maintaining it —— the smoke was good just not top on my list but I tell you they grow fast and short great for a small area they came up in 3 days and started to flower 3 weeks into veg and was done 56 days later
