Myrcella I'm really looking forward to this grow. I've never cultivated automatic veggies before. This will be exciting for me. Grow: 0.60 x 0.60 x 1.80 m 4 Fat Blueberry (Automatic) seeds, feminized - all 4 seeds germinated, wonderfully 100% I started by soaking the seeds in water for 24 hours. The next day, I moistened a few cosmetic pads (women use these for removing makeup) and placed the seeds underneath. After successful germination, my babies were planted in peat pots. My current lighting is CFL at 55 watts. After about 7 days, I will increase it to 110 watts. Day 1 Root and leaf material is developing well. The first pair of leaves is clearly visible. Today I start my counting. All the babies look healthy so far. Day 2 After 24 hours, I check the peat pots. They dry out quickly under the light and air. When the peat soil is dry, I feed my girls with a spray bottle. In the first week, they are only fed with root juice and neutralized water. This is a very gentle method to water my babies. I spray the peat pots to keep them nicely moist. In 24 hours, I will check the peat pots again and monitor the moisture. Day 6 The root and leaf material is developing on time. All 4 plants look healthy and vigorous. Today, I increased the light output from 55 W CFL to 110 W CFL. To ensure the stems of the plants become strong and sturdy, I turned on a fan. It's running on level 2. With 110 W CFL light output, there is already considerable heat developing underneath. The plants have also grown out of the peat pots. The girls have been busy developing nice root material all these days. They have all developed beautiful root material and can absorb nutrients well. I transplanted all 4 plants into biodegradable pots. The diameter of the pots is 11 cm at the top edge. In about 14 days, I will transplant them into the final pots.

Myrcella Last week, I transplanted my four girls from the peat ball into a biodegradable pot. I'm using All-Mix as the substrate. For the next few weeks, I won't need any extra nutrients. Everything the plants need is already in the soil. If you're transplanting into pre-fertilized soil, please remember to moisten it at least 24 hours beforehand. Only with the addition of moisture are the nutrients activated and released. This process takes at least 24 hours. This week, I'm continuing to use CFL and have increased to 110 watts. Day 7 My girls are feeling very comfortable in their new pots. What I particularly love about these pots is that I can visually track the water level while watering. You can see it clearly in the photo. Also, there was virtually no stress for the plants with this transplanting method. Just create a hole in the new pots, place the peat ball in, and fill the rest with soil - done! Day 8 I've had a fan running for three days now. It runs for 20 hours on level 1 and provides strong stems and healthy air circulation. I water daily. Within 24 hours, it's pretty dry in the pots. That's wonderful. It means that a balanced dry-wet cycle is taking place in the pots. Day 10 It looks good. All four plants are forming their third set of leaves. The color of the leaves looks healthy. Overall, all the girls seem to be doing well.
