Fat_Beard So far so good, I have time on my hands on this one so slowly potting up from 3l, 10l , to 20 litre airpots,
Currently on a 130 watt cfl then finishing on a 600watt HPS 😎
So far I am using up some bio bizz root juice, npk industries microbes, amino acids and enzymes, foliar spray recipe and
moonshine nutrient enhancer.
The plan is to top and train them like my orange sherbet and glookies grow 👍 Hopefully more time and patience will bring a happy strong
healthy plant 🙌

@Fast_Beard Other than some Auto's I'm unaware of strains not liking being topped rather it's more of a case of the strain performing better when you use other techniques.
For example a leggy Sativa dominant strain would be better grown with some type of HST or even lots of LST and tying down branches. Whilst most hybrids
or even Indica do strains will do well with some topping and training to create an even canopy of buds.
Fat_Beard Potted up with a home-made mix, volcanic rock, charge and bio mix. Watered with a mix or microbes, vitamins etc 2-3 weeks before moving onto hps so should be fine left alone 👍

@SirDillton, thanks dude, nice grow I noticed your question about flushing. I started using npk industries recipe for flushing, 1/4 tsp raw cane molasses + 1/16 raw yucca then one last water 👍

Wow . There are MANY strains that don't like topping . Personally I have grown cookies kush . Its gonna have not an issue with topping . And it's not that they dont like it , it's more about the strains ability to deal with stress . Obviously leave atleast 1 week after any topping has been done , just so the plant has the time it needs to recover . So if you top a plant too close to flower or too often your plant is gonna be spending so much of its energy trying to "recover" (really when you top its focusing hormones towards the topping spot ) so just dont do it too much ! Also remember that every time you top you get more bud sites ; but at a point your just gonna have more bud sites but tiny buds .
Hit my page I got a few liberty haze by Barneys that I topped. I'm gonna have some fun with those and I'm a bit ahead of you so you should be able to see how they act . Cheers!
