That's bud rot/mold. As mentioned above and you do need to remove it. I see your day time temps are 22 and your humidity is at 61. You should try to bring your day time temps up on your next run during flower. Your plants will be much happier if your day time temps are in the 24-26 celcius range and your night time temps should always be a few degrees cooler to allow your plants to transpire while they sleep. Your humidty should never be this high during flower. You can get away with 50-55 percent humidity in flower (you better have a ton of air moving around your room) but it's not ideal for your plants. You want your humidity in flower to be in the 45-50 percent range up until the closing weeks of flower at which point you'll slowly want to start bringing it down to around 40%. Bringing your humidity down during the closing weeks of flower will cause your plants to uptake more water from your pot and as such more nutrients. You'll want to bring your humidity down slowly as you approach the end of flower so as to not shock your plants. Hope that helps. 🤘
