In full wataring all the bushes with fertilizers. CreemDevil - everyone is already actively blooming. 4 bushes got a dark feulet shade, but for some reason one later again continued to grow green. One remained with green buds. WhiteWidow is actively blooming slightly ahead of this GirlScoutCookies. Davil goes to the active stage of flowering. 3 JackHerrer bloom slowly.

It looks like your suffering from a sulfur deficiency you can tell cause it looks like the yellowing starts at the back of the leaf and then moves to the tip, it's also why your buds aren't fattening up. You can fix the issue by adding a bit of Epsom salt to your ph balance water.
