I tried out a native american trick, where fish are cut up and buried in the hole - should increase microbial activity ass well as be a source nitrogen+
Didnt stretch and get as big as some of the other Auto mazars I grew, think it was the starter pot being 2 litres.
Adding some bone meal and kelp meal to soil... and surrounding sweet potato as well as we can see.
Decided to start feeding her synthetics as of last week, using some high potassium feed (06:08:24). Buds are sticky, shiny and fragrant 😸
Another 2 or so weeks to go and she is looking great. Just hope she proves to be mould resistant as that is a problem in the garden.
Its been a week of steady rain, was anxious about mold etc, but things turned out just fine as this lady is now ready for harvest. Just gonna leave it out for a little bit more as the rains should have done a good job flushing for me. The plant has been mildy (I hope) pollinated from whatever is growing in Durban, I wonder if they will be auto seeds 😀
