mate you should start feeding it.this is the main reason seedlings stay small,especially for autoflowers.If light distance is still 90 cm,I would definitely decrease it to 30 since you are using FL lights which is not as hot as sodium lights.Decrease the light distance,feed the seedling with some good amount of nutes and you'll see it'll explode.Popping out after 2 days in soil is something great,I always get mines after 4 days.Feeding will do the job.Good luck
So I believe this is week three, the sprouts are slowly moving, I'm going to use Green House Seeds. I'm going to put half or not even that much nutrients, I have just used water up to this point, we shall see how it goes .
