I've always wanted to try this strain, but I could never get ahold of any. Now is my chance, and an opportunity to make it a good one. My goal is to vegetate for 8 to 10 weeks, before flipping to flower, I want to maximize my 3x3 area. This is my first attempt at photoperiods, as well as using a CMH grow light. I've never grown with any HID before, outside of college that is. I plan to keep these seedlings in the tall nursery pots for about 3 weeks, then transplant into a 1.75gal garbage receptacle. After another 3 weeks in that pot, I will place it in its final home of either a 5gal smart pot, or a 3gal super roots air pot. I've never used the air pots yet, so I'm eager to try them out. Peaceout Mosuckas
I wish I could hop into a time machine, just to see how this bad boy turns out. Going to be tough waiting it out, but it will be worth it. I am certainly learning a lot about photoperiod plants, especially when running them side by side. Much slower, but hopefully a higher yield. I really wish this was a common strain again, I'm not sure how it isn't. Hopefully I can find some Blueberry Autos to try out, but I'm not seeing that in the near future, not before this is harvested at least. Peaceout Mosuckas
And finally back on track. MIA for a month, fir no good reason, other than kept missing a week, then putting it off saying I'll just catch it all up next week. Well, that was no good. Too much work. I will keep up each week, like I started off doing. Sorry bud, that's right, you reading this, I'm sorry I fudged up, it will not happen again. Peaceout Mosuckas
My gosh has it been a long time since updating, my bad. Just about ready to flip to flower, just did its final trimming and defoliating. Also gave it a good dose of nutrients today. In three days I will give it it's first week of flower nutrients, then give it 24 hrs of darkness, then switch to 12 hours. As I had waited too long to flower, the rootspace will be very crowded. If the yield suffers, I know why. Next run I will be more vigilant. Peaceout Mosuckas
Well, it's finally nearing the end of its vegetation stage. I've been waiting to see what this baby can do. As I've stressed it out, I expect the yield to be affected. I plan on doing this one again real soon, to do it some justice. I cut back a few more branches and buds, but gave it time to recover before flipping the lights. 2 days into longer nights, hopefully it shows some changes for the next update. Peaceout Mosuckas
Did you notice a difference? That's right, I changed my mind. If I kept things the way it was going, I was going to run out of room in the tent. Only had 16 inches of space, and haven't started the flowering stage yet. So, what I decided to do is put them outside. They should really produce a large plant once in the ground. I've had them outside getting acclimated, and soon they will be in the ground. Holes are already dug, just waiting to plant. Once I do, I will be switching to the outdoor Nutri Plus fertilizer. Peaceout Mosuckas
Not much can be said about this monstrosity that I created. I still need to spread the branches, and exfoliate the inside. New growth looks good. Should be decent harvest from this one.
Apparently ends here, as GD doesn't want people growing plants for too long I guess. Only option now is to harvest. Maybe I'll finish this up in two months, after it finishes flowering.
