For anyone who hasn't tried Gorilla Glue #4, go out and try some. For anyone who hasn't tried White Widow, go out and try some. Both are some killer strains in their own right, so I just had to try a combo of the two. Should be some wicked stuff, especially when grown under these lights. My first true attempt at some photoperiod plants, so its sure to be quite the ride. Im going to vegetate for around 8 to 10 weeks, maybe longer if needed, I want to maximize the space in my 3x3 tent. First three weeks the seedlings will remain in the tall nursery pots, then moved into 1.75gal garbage receptacles, where they will remain for another three weeks. After they have filled that pot, I will move them to their final pot, a 5gal smart pot. Peaceout Mosuckas
The roots are starting to grow deeper than the nursery pots, and into the soil below. Since I noticed this, I have moved them into a plastic saucer, but still atop the other bucket, so it is still close to the lights. It is really starting to grow some large leaves, very impressed with its progress so far. Not sure if I should upgrade to the new pots now, or wait another week as planned. Either way, I'm sure it will benefit greatly. Peaceout Mosuckas
Finally got her into her final pot, 5 gallon Vivosun smart pot. Giving it a few days to spread its roots, then either train if possible, or just top them, then train from there. Way later than I wanted, should have potted and trained 2 weeks ago.
I promise I will start updating every week now, especially since the fun is about to begin. Its just about time to flower. I'm going to give it three more days before I give it it's first dose of flowering nutrients, then give it 24hrs of darkness, then it's a switch to 12hrs. Peaceout Mosuckas
I can't believe how much abuse this bugger has taken. I'd love to bring it outside and put it in the ground, just to see what it can really do, but, I'm sticking with my plan indoors. Outdoor garden is already in the works anyhow, so I'm good in that area. I trimmed off a few branches and buds, gave it time to recover before flipping the lights. I don't expect much from this one, as it been stressed out severely. Two days into longer nights, so I'm hoping there is some noticeable difference for next weeks update. Peaceout Mosuckas
Did you notice a difference? That's right, I changed my mind. If I kept things the way it was going, I was going to run out of room in the tent. Only had 16 inches of space, and haven't started the flowering stage yet. So, what I decided to do is put them outside. They should really produce a large plant once in the ground. I've had them outside getting acclimated, and soon they will be in the ground. Holes are already dug, just waiting to plant. Once I do, I will be switching to the outdoor Nutri Plus fertilizer. Peaceout Mosuckas
6 Tablespoons of slow release fertilizer was given the same day as they were planted in the ground. They had to overcome some revegging due to terrible weather at the start of the year, but its been very warm and sunny out since then. The new growth is amazing, should be a great little bush by the time it's over.
You can see the colour difference since going in the ground and getting a steady feed of nutrients. Part way through August, I will give them their dose of Bloom
Final update, as GD won't allow more entries. Only thing left is to add a harvest, which is in two months from now. I'll probably forget, as there is no incentive to finish an incomplete diary.
