Nothing special happening here. Everything looks healthy and just gave them their first light feed. One is 2 days of growth ahead of the other .

Nothing special happening , excepting these babies to start growing pretty rapidly now since they have a couple set of fan leaves . One is definitely out growing the other as with last week.

Sorry for the lack of photos. I decided to transplant the bigger plant of the 2 but I should have waited another week as the roots still had tons of room to grow in the 1 gal pot and in the process a lot of the soil fell apart and damaged the root system. As you can tell in the one photo. Won't be making the same mistake on the other plant. The plant is just recovering so it will take some time . Hopefully they don't go into flower this week as I want them to be fully healed when going into flower .

Since last week I have started to do some LST on these girls and even out the canopy. This is the first time growing purple kush and I can stay these girls are dense , each set of nodes is maybe half a inch apart. Since these are auto I'm thinking they will be going into flower here pretty quick within the next week.

These ladies have taken off , new growth is coming in hot. was able to lst to bend them to a 90 degree to grow side ways , bent the growth down to make a even canopy for the coming weeks into pre flower. Loving the way the plants are going and how easy they are to train and feed .

Did some light defoliation this week in the pre flower . The amount of nodes is beyond me . I think these girls will produce alot. They are responding to the feed very well so going to keep it up .

Checking the ph I found something that concerned me . Ph going in is always around 5.8-6.2 , I checked the ph of the runoff and it was 7 . What is the problem here, should i be worried?

Hi Farmboyconnor Man she looks great well done. Fruitgrower is absolutely right about preparing your soil before harvest. Or you can easily get Ph regulating soil like bio-bizz or similar soil. They have self regulating Ph adjusting formulas. The substrate has to be homogeneous and contain the right elements for the pH to be neutral (of about 6.5). Remember that the substrate is one of the key elements for a successful crop. pH is much more stable in organic substrates, as they contain a number of natural elements that regulate acidity and alkalinity, keeping them low and acting as a buffer that protects the root system. In order to avoid pH issues. How to Adjust your soil levels. If your PH level is more than 6.5, you will need to lower the PH level for your soil to make it less alkaline. Like with acidic soil, to lower the PH soil level, you will need to add fertilizer, which can be done by merely using mulch and compost-enriched soil. Also, you don’t even have to buy your soil as you can use soil enriched mulch from your outdoor garden. As a result, all you have to do is transfer your prepared soil, from your outside garden to your indoor cannabis growing operation. The downside to using your own, enriched, soil from outside is that it takes a long time for the mulch and compost soil to lower the PH. But, regular mulching and composting will eventually make your soil less alkaline. Other methods for raising the acidity of your soil is listed below: Elemental Sulfur: Adding elemental sulfur to the soil is the most straightforward and typical way to lower PH levels. Sulfur is inexpensive, spreadable, and moderately safe to handle. A significant drawback of elemental sulfur is that it takes a long time for the sulfuric acid to make your soil less alkaline. How quick it will work depends on the following: a.) How small are the sulfur grains. b.) How much soil moisture is present. c.) Temperature of the soil, and any bacteria that may be present. The time at which sulfur will start working to lower PH depends upon the above, and it even can even take up to a month for the sulfur to be absorbed into the soil and for it to start working its magic. As a result, aluminum sulfate instead of plain elemental sulfate is most often used to reduce the PH. Aluminum and Iron Sulfate: Aluminum and iron sulfate act very fast in making your soil less alkaline based. However, use aluminum and iron sulfate soil can be damaging if it is overused. Also, you need to be extra careful to make sure that any aluminum or iron sulfate does not come into direct contact with the leaves, and if they do come in contact, you need to be sure to wash off the leaves thoroughly. Fertilizer Containing Acidifying Elements: Adding fertilizers, which contain elements, such as, ammonium nitrate, amino acids, ammonium sulfate, or sulfur-coated urea will raise the acidity of your soil. However, this is not a quick fix, and it will take time for the PH levels to be decreased. Hope this helps. Good luck Growing

These ladies are growing huge! . Keeping the even canopy come flower time .. one thing I noticed is I think these gals are photos and not autos , coming into week 9 and no sign of flower , so I'm going to put them in my flower box on 12/12. Other then that no problems. Man these get bushy , alot of upkeep .

Signs of preflower have now taken place .. I guess the these girls weren't autos like they said , lost the genetic traits. But on the flip side I now cloned 2 for my next run .

Sorry for the bad photos and lighting , since my last grow started to herm I'm taking no chances with light leakage this time so only time I open the box is when the lights are on . Besides that they are growing great , they sure didn't stretch that much at all , going to be to tightly packed nodes . Net is up but I ain't think it will do that much for these girls.

Took the net off and did some serious trimming , I was on vacation for 10 days and had a friend water when I was gone . Started a slow Flush started last week and will continue to harvest.wish the buds were bigger but I not going to complain to much. 1 more week!

Next run I will be bumping up the ppm on feeding days since there was no sign on nuts burn this run . Some good size nugs but damn indicas have alot of sugar leaves . They are drying right and next week going Into jars to cure and will see what the weight is then ! Thanks for following .
