They are looking nice and healthy! And yes, any lower branch that grows even with the top will produce a nice fat bud the same as your main branches. That is why it is important to try to get light down to as many branches as possible. I take off a couple of the bottom nodes in veg but leave most of them there. As my plants go through the flowering stretch I watch the lower branches to see which ones are growing to the top. If a branch isn't growing up trying to fight its way to the top then I cut it off. I also remove big leaves from the top that are blocking light to the lower branches. It is definitely a learning process to see how they react and find a training style that works for you. Good luck!
